i wish i had that shading effect with my colored pencils. ha, i'm horrible at shading. that looks awesome!!

i use prismacolor and they are WONDERFUL. i would seriously do research if you're looking to drop a good amount of cash on some art supplies. if they're not too expensive, i would say get them and use them to experiment c:

yes, i definitely recommend prismacolor. they are super smooth and blend well. make sure you have some good drawing/media paper. that can make all the difference!

i haven't used prismacolor markers, but i have used copic and they're so wonderful. they blend incredibly well and create almost digital-like colors. they're definitely more pricey, but i would pick up a couple prisma markers and play around with them. they sell them individually, so if you don't like them you're only a couple bucks out. if you like them, get a set!
